The very first time I heard the term Lightworker, my insides exploded!     I knew I was here to make changes & shine bright.  I  felt  it  so  deeply,  to help  guide  and  assist others. I was scared. I sacrificed some things to learn some things. 

The  Universe  has  granted  me  with  plenty  of  3D  life  experiences    to  assist  with  and  be  able  to  speak  about  first  hand.  By  3D  I  mean  Death,  Disease  &  Divorce!  I  am  an  expert  in  personal perspective  on  these  very  topics.  I’ve  walked  it.  

  I also took some courses,  from  some  incredibly  bright   &  meaningful  coaches  and  mentors.  I ‘m  trained  in  Usai  reiki,  angel  therapy,  angel  card  reading,  soul  realignment akashic  clearing,  

 I’m  also  a  certified  mind,  body,  spirit  practitioner. 

Committing to a healthier lifestyle is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication.  My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support.
